Wrap Day!

Last Summer I had the pleasure of working with one of the most talented crews around.

Together with Mixtape Club and friends, we fabricated over two hundred pieces of artwork and shot it all in-camera to illustrate H&M’s commitment to making fashion sustainable and sustainability fashionable.

Paper Crafting @ Mixtape Club

Got to hang out with the ole Yeasayer crew at Mixtape Club last week. Love taking a break from the computer screen to do some origami and exacto-blading.

TouchIn NYC

TouchDesigner is my programming tool of choice. On Wednesday, October 16, 2013, I will be presenting documentation and the actual guts of Flourish, Active Ecosystem (SMF) and Dancers (Red & White) at the NYC Touch In Meetup.

For anyone who was at my Real-Time talk at Psyop, this will be a much more in-depth presentation targeted at active users, rather than individuals who have never used Touch before.

How to Wear a Coach Trench @ KLIK! Amsterdam

How to Wear a Coach Trench has been selected for competition in the 2013 KLIK! Amsterdam Animation Festival. Yay!

Psyop’s Real-Time talk series

I had the honor of speaking at Psyop’s monthly talk series, Real-Time. The theme was my interactive software of choice, Touchdesigner, which I used to create Active Ecosystem (SMF) and Dancers (Red & White).

Used Bookstore Pickings

No trip home to San Ramon is complete without visiting Bay Books and Dublin’s Half Price Books. Spring cleaning at my parent’s house resulted in four boxes filled with John Grisham, Michael Crichton, Jean Auel, and a lot of Black Stallion and Misty of Chincoteague. I traded them in for a set of Star Wars art books, Peter Max’s Land of Blue, Charley Harper: An Illustrated Life, Pushpesh Pant’s India: The Cookbook and The Essential Lenny Bruce.
